Public overwhelmingly disapproves of Congress during shutdown

The Grand Canyon is expected to reopen Saturday along with a few other national parks, but that's not likely to improve people's opinion of Washington. A new poll shows 83 percent of Americans disapprove of the way Congress is handling its business. Jeff Pegues reports.
