Powerball, Mega Millions jackpots surpass $1.5 billion combined

The Powerball and Mega Millions drawings have reached huge jackpots that are up for grabs this week. Drew Svitko, the executive director of the Pennsylvania Lottery and the chair of the Powerball Product Group, joins CBS News with a look at the drawings.
