Possible serial killer terrorizes Tampa neighborhood

A possible serial killer has a neighborhood on high alert in Tampa, Florida, after three people were shot dead in the past two weeks. Police want the public to help identify a man in a surveillance video because he may have information about the killings. Omar Villafranca reports.
