Though many restaurants remain closed during the pandemic, dining and dashing still remains a problem, and even forced one Los Angeles restaurant owner to close up shop. The Korean Fusion Café "Spoon by H" was forced to close after losing thousands. CBS Los Angeles' Sara Donchey reports.
