Pope suspends so-called "bishop of bling"
A German bishop, Franz-Peter Tebartz-van Elst, nicknamed the "bishop of bling," has been suspended by the Pope. The bishop built a new house that was projected to cost $7.5 million, but came in at more than $40 million. CBS News correspondent Mark Phillips reports.
