Pope Francis in stable condition after pneumonia diagnosis, Vatican says

The Vatican said Pope Francis is doing a bit better after being diagnosed with pneumonia in both of his lungs. The pontiff has been hospitalized for nearly a week. CBS News foreign correspondent Seth Doane has the update.
