Police officer helps shoplifter caught in difficult situation

It started with a complaint about a shoplifter but ended with an act of kindness. Instead of punishing him, a Kentucky police officer decided to help a suspected shoplifter after learning about his circumstances. WKYT-TV’s Garrett Wymer reports.
