ER doctor recalls treating Pittsburgh shooting victims
Eleven people were killed and six others injured after a gunman opened fire in a Pittsburgh synagogue. Dr. Alexandra Castro is one of the emergency room doctors at the nearby hospital where some of the injured were treated. She spoke to CBS News correspondent David Begnaud about what the response was like.
