Pilot calls circumstances surrounding LaGuardia Airport collision "very unusual"

Capt. Laura Einsetler, a pilot with more than 30 years of experience, called the LaGuardia Airport collision, "very concerning," saying, "it's very unusual to have a situation where landing on the runway and you have emergency equipment, emergency equipment operators on the runway itself."
