Paul Manafort will cooperate with special counsel

President Trump says he doesn't like "flipping," but his former campaign chairman just did it. Paul Manafort agreed Friday to cooperate with the special counsel's Russia investigation in a plea deal that will spare Manafort his second criminal trial this year.
