British lawmakers will vote Thursday about delaying Brexit
Britain's Parliament voted Wednesday to not leave the European Union without a deal. Brexit is set to happen on March 29, and Parliament will vote Thursday to delay the divorce from the EU. BBC News' Laura Kuenssberg reports.
