Paris mayor swims in the Seine and other morning headlines

After months of anticipation, Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo fulfilled her promise to take a dip in the Seine river to show it's clean enough to host swimming competitions during the upcoming Summer Olympics. Organizers have spent more than a billion dollars to prepare the river for the Games. Errol Barnett has more on that and a look at some other headlines we're following this Wednesday.
