Oklahoma man accused of plotting U.S. bomb attack in custody

An Oklahoma man is in federal custody Tuesday morning for allegedly plotting a bomb attack on American soil. Authorities say 23-year-old Jerry Drake Varnell tried to blow up what he thought was a vehicle bomb at a bank in Oklahoma City, just blocks away from the site of the 1995 attack that destroyed a federal building.
