Officials: North Korea test-firing components for a new intercontinental ballistic missile

U.S. officials are warning that North Korea is testing components for a new intercontinental ballistic missile capable of striking anywhere in the United States. North Korea has ramped up its ballistic missile testing since the start of the new year. Elizabeth Palmer reports.
