Northwest pounded by record rainfall, more storms to come
Flood watches and high wind warnings are posted across Washington State as the Northwest is expected to get hit by a new round of powerful storms, following record rainfall in the Seattle area. Jeff Dubois, of CBS News Seattle affiliate KIRO, reports.
