Noem suggests TSA may eliminate liquid restrictions on planes

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem has suggested that TSA may soon end its restrictions on liquids in carry-on bags. CBS News senior transportation correspondent Kris Van Cleave has more on that and Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy's plan to overhaul the air traffic control system.
