No end in sight for U.S. training of Iraqi soldiers

For 13 years, American troops have been training the Iraqi army. There doesn't appear to be a light at the end of the tunnel. Still, the Iraqi fighters will be a major factor in the fight against ISIS. Charlie D'Agata saw some of the training.
