NFL investigators reviewing taunts, threats by Dolphins' Incognito
Miami Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin would not answer questions about reports that Miami Dolphins coaches told Richie Incognito to "toughen up" Jonathan Martin. Incognito has been suspended, and Martin left the team because he felt threatened. The NFL is now reviewing threatening texts and voicemails Incognito left Martin. Mark Strassmann reports.
