California sheriff blasts "sanctuary laws" in case of suspected cop killer
Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson announced the arrest of Gustavo Perez Arriaga for the shooting death of Newman, Calif., police Cpl. Ronil Singh. He said Arriaga was in the U.S. illegally and had a history of DUI arrests, but had not been deported because of "sanctuary laws."
