New White House communications team aims to refocus agenda

President Trump believes he has a communications problem, not a political one. Now, he wants to turn the focus away from his stalled health care overhaul, dismal approval ratings and ongoing Russia probe with a new staff delivering his message to the American people. Margaret Brennan reports.
