Study: 36-hour fasting could reduce weight, improve heart health

A new report suggests that intermittent fasting could have some health benefits. The study, which allowed volunteers to eat whatever they wanted for 12 hours after fasting for 36 hours, showed improvements in weight and cardiovascular health.
