New law improves access to care for victims of sexual assault

A years-long fight for better access to care for rape victims is now law. President Biden signed the Violence Against Women Act, which includes provisions of a bipartisan bill for victims of sexual assault. CBS News' Natalie Brand introduces us to a survivor who fought for national change.
