N.C. resident says Hurricane Florence flooding has been "hell"

The flooding threat in the Carolinas is not over yet. Thirteen rivers are at major flood stages nearly a week after Hurricane Florence hit. In areas where the water is receding, many people are finding their homes and businesses destroyed. Manuel Bojorquez reports.
