More Chicago homeowners "underwater" than any other city

Connie and Vance Brown are among the hundreds of thousands of Chicago-area homeowners who owe more on their homes than they're worth. They are unemployed but cannot leave to find better jobs because of their debt burden. Danielle Nottingham reports.
