MoneyWatch: Personal saving rates dropped to under 7% in 2021

The personal savings rate has dropped to its lowest level since 2013 following a savings boom earlier in the pandemic. JPMorgan Chase Institute managing director and co-president Fiona Greig explains what's driving the decline.
