Missing Florida dog reunited with owner 12 years later

When Dutchess the dog went missing in Florida, she was just a puppy. Now the long-lost Fox Terrier is 14 years old and has been reunited with her owner in Pennsylvania. KDKA reporter Brenda Waters has the story.
