Minnesota dam breached amid record-setting Midwest flooding

Flooding caused a more-than-100-year-old dam to be breached in Minnesota on Monday. It follows days of heavy rain throughout much of the Midwest, which has flooded states like Iowa and South Dakota. Jonah Kaplan has the latest.
