Minneapolis mayor calls ICE account of fatal shooting "garbage"

A woman was shot and killed Wednesday by an ICE officer, the Department of Homeland Security said. Minneapolis officials are disputing the ICE account of what led to the shooting. CBS News' Shanelle Kaul and Nicole Sganga report.
