Millions of cars on the road may have issues linked to recalls

There are new questions about recall repairs after a young father died pulling his daughter from a car that rolled into a pond. That same type of car had a recall for a defect that could cause it to roll. CBS News transportation correspondent Kris Van Cleave reports.
