Millions in Northeast face new snow, dangerous sub-zero cold

Brutal Arctic air is pushing in as a weekend snowstorm moves away from the coast. Wind chills in some cities overnight reached 20 or 30 below. Jericka Duncan reports from Boston, a city that got another 16 inches of snow over the weekend.
