Lawyer says migrant children are being housed in unlicensed shelters

A group of lawyers says some facilities housing unaccompanied migrant children are doing so without a license. The lead attorney told CBS News investigative reporter Graham Kates that more than a dozen facilities were unable to produce licenses when inspected.
