Michael Avenatti charged with extortion and fraud: "The facts are on my side"
Attorney Michael Avenatti tells CBS News he is "nervous" and "scared" about the possibility of going to prison, but he maintains his innocence. On Tuesday he was charged in New York with attempting to extort tens of millions of dollars from Nike. On the same day, he was also charged with bank and wire fraud in California.
