McCarthy: Obama must improve relations with Israel

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-California, says the Obama administration should strive for better relations with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as both countries try to prevent Iran from developing a nuclear weapon.
