Man decapitated in apparent France terror attack

A suspected terror attack may have targeted an American gas company. Police say two attackers set off an explosion at the gates of an industrial complex near Lyon. They also found a severed head at the scene and banners with Islamist messages on them. Elizabeth Palmer reports.
