Man arrested near Obama's D.C. home for alleged threats

D.C. police have arrested a man suspected of threatening to blow up former President Barack Obama's home in Washington. Officials say he had the materials necessary to make an explosive device similar to a Molotov cocktail. CBS News chief national affairs and justice correspondent Jeff Pegues reports.
