Major blizzard heads to California's Sierra, 10 feet of snow possible

A severe winter storm is expected to pummel the Sierra in Northern California this week, bringing up to 10 feet of snow to the area. It's forecast t be the coldest and snowiest storm of the season so far. CBS News' Carter Evans is following preparation efforts.
