"Love locks" to be removed from Paris bridges

In a decades-old tradition, couples would put padlocks on bridges and toss the keys into the Seine River as a symbol of their love. But over the years, nearly 1 million padlocks have added some 45 tons to bridges, causing part of one to collapse last year.
