Lawyers seek Michael Skakel's release ahead of re-trial

A Connecticut judge has ordered a re-trial for Michael Skakel, the Kennedy cousin convicted of killing Martha Moxley, saying his lawyer did not provide a constitutionally adequate defense. While Skakel's family is cheering the ruling, Moxley's mother remains convinced he was the killer. Jim Axelrod reports.
