Latest California storm strands residents, leaves thousands without power

The second of two back-to-back winter storms dumped several feet of snow in California's Sierra Nevada mountains and stranded some residents. The storm has also left tens of thousands of customers without power statewide. Jonathan Vigliotti reports.
