L.A. psychiatrist seeks out mental illness in city's homeless population
Recent figures show more than 75,000 people are living on the streets in L.A. County. Instead of waiting for patients to seek out help for mental health issues, a pioneering program looks for people in need of treatment. CBS News' Mark Strassmann has the story.
