Kentucky's governor took political risk to embrace Obamacare

Kentucky has enrolled 60,000 people through its own state-run health care exchange, making it one of the nation's most successful. Democratic Gov. Steve Beshear also expanded the state's Medicaid program by executive order, calling it a no-brainer when factoring in the economic impact for the state. Wyatt Andrews reports.
