Kangaroos are not service animals, Wisconsin city declares
Diana Moyer says she and her husband have had kangaroos in their Beaver Dam home for 8 years without any problems. Moyer says her kangaroo is a therapy animal to keep her mind off of cancer. However, an incident at a McDonald's led the city council to rule on her relationship with the animal.
