Juul Labs reportedly facing scrutiny for allegedly targeting minors
The federal government is reportedly investigating the e-cigarette giant Juul Labs, as the company faces increasing scrutiny over the rise in youth vaping. Reports say the FTC and attorneys general in five states and Washington D.C. are looking into whether Juul used deceptive marketing and targeted minors. In an exclusive interview this week, Juul CEO Kevin Burns told said that his company never intentionally targeted teens.
