Justice Department reaches settlement in Charleston church shooting
The Justice Department and families and victims of the Mother Emanuel AME Church shooting reached an $88 million settlement after families alleged federal regulators failed to prevent Dylann Roof from purchasing the gun he used to kill nine churchgoers. Jeff Pegues reports.
