Judge in Stanford sex assault case fights to save his job

California Judge Aaron Persky is facing a recall election next month because of a controversial sentence he handed down in a sexual assault case. Now he's speaking out, saying a recall would affect judicial independence. CBS News correspondent John Blackstone has the latest.
