Judge blocks Kilmar Abrego Garcia's deportation to Uganda

A judge has temporarily blocked Kilmar Abrego Garcia's second deportation after the Trump administration signaled it was preparing to send him to Uganda. Abrego Garcia is in ICE custody at a Baltimore facility following his release from criminal custody in Tennessee. CBS News' Bradley Blackburn has more details.
