Johnson & Johnson told to pay $72M in talcum cancer case

A jury in St. Louis awarded $72 million to the family of a woman who claimed talcum powder caused her ovarian cancer. The verdict came against health products giant Johnson & Johnson and is the first of many such cases. Anna Werner reports.
