January's job numbers reveal the ongoing economic struggle of the COVID-19 pandemic

The Labor Department has released the latest job numbers for the month of January, showing just 49,000 new jobs being added nationwide. The unemployment rate fell to 6.3%, the lowest it’s been since February 2020.
