Jacksonville Sheriff's Office investigating video of officers beating man during traffic stop

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating newly released video of a February traffic stop showing officers hitting a man in the face after they broke his car window and pulled him out of his car. CBS News correspondent Shanelle Kaul has more.
