Jackpocket's modern take on purchasing lottery tickets
Jackpocket, launched this week, enables people to buy lottery tickets without standing in line at a dealer. A New York state lawmaker says the legislature will investigate the iPhone app, as no one can sell lottery tickets without a state license.
